こんにちは。いきなりでぶしつけなのですが、現状のウィクショナリーでは、私を含め、基本方針の整備を行う人員はいなくなってしまったように思われ、かといって放置するわけにもいかないと思いましたので、一度閉鎖してから人を募りながら整備していこうという提案を居酒屋にて行いました。その後、賛成多数の合意が得られたと思い、メタでリクエストを行いましたが、意見を表明した人が少なすぎるとのコメントがありました。閉鎖に賛成、反対、中立、あるいは関心がない、という選択も含めて、居酒屋にて何らかの意思表示をしていただけるとありがたいです。よろしくお願いします。e-Goat/baa 2005年2月15日 (火) 04:50 (UTC)

Templateの一覧/言語 について 編集
Wiktionary:Templateの一覧/言語 の表示を削除したみたいですが、あれは仕方ないですね。英語版では目次への影響無視してゴリ押ししてるみたいですが……。
ところで、Template‐ノート:-ja-に10日ほど前から書いていたのですが、ご覧になりましたか？カテゴリを付加するとふりがながつけられないという問題があるので、その解決法を模索しているところです。Template:-ja-にカテゴリを加えたときの問題点として、
- Template:-ja- そのものもカテゴリに入る (Category:日本語参照)
- ふりがながつけられないので、Category ページが汚くなる
- 既存の subst つけずにいるページで Category が二重登録される

NOEDITSECTION について 編集

はじめまして、端くれの錬金術師と申します。このたびはビューロクラットであるKahusiさんに利用者名の変更をお願いに参りました。これまで参加している全プロジェクトで「端くれの錬金術師」を名乗っていたのですが、enwpで非ラテン文字使用禁止によるusernameblockにひっかかってしまい、「Hashikure」に変更しました。そこで、ユニバーサルログインの導入に備え、全プロジェクトで利用者名を「Hashikure」に統一しようと思い、いくつかのプロジェクトではすでに利用者名の変更を実施していただいています。つきましてはjawtにおいても利用者名の変更をお願いできないでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。--端くれの錬金術師 2006年11月17日 (金) 01:41 (UTC)

名詞などに하다で派生する単語 編集
お世話様です。例えば생각하다や이상하다のように、一般名詞に하다を付けて派生する単語の場合は、생각や이상といった項目で説明すべきですかね？とにかく一般的な単語の数を増やそうと考えていた時期に作ったもので、そういったことはあまり考えていませんでした（ちなみに、궁금하다のように하다を外して使うことがめったにない単語は、このまま作ろうかと思っています）。LERK （会話 / 投稿記録） 2007年4月28日 (土) 09:22 (UTC)
- どうもです。小学館の『朝鮮語辞典』では、생각하다は생각の項で説明し、이상하다は項を立てている様で。意味がそれなりに離れていたら別項とするとか、하다が無い時の日本語訳が転成名詞（생각なら「考え」）になる様なら別項を立てない――とか考えてみましたが、迷ったら総て項を立てても或は良いのかも知れません。--kahusi (會話) 2007年4月28日 (土) 10:16 (UTC)

いつもお世話になっております。
さて、先日、利用者:Lonicera というIDが登録されております。WPの著名な管理者名と同じであり、本人に確認したところ（w:利用者‐会話:Lonicera#ウィクショナリー日本語版のuser名について）、本人でないとの回答を得ました。いたずら目的である可能性が非常の高いので、ユーザ名を変更しておいてはいかがかと思います。なお、現在、きちんと対応できるまでブロック中です（いつもの荒しさんという気もしますので無期限ブロックでも良さそうですが）。--Mtodo 2008年2月9日 (土) 18:32 (UTC)
- WPの会話ページを確認しました。
- 利用者名に就いては、草案乍らw:Wikipedia:利用者名曰く「現在活動中の投稿者・ウィキペディア財団関係者と紛らわしい利用者名を「許可しません」」とあります（尤も英語版ではofficial policy）ので、他のプロジェクトでも許可されない可能性が有ります。個人的にはそれで良いと考えますが、その様な合意があると良いでしょう。
- 利用者:Loniceraに対しては、WPのLonicera氏も変更を希望しておりますし、自分も変更を支持しますが、Wikt側でも何人かで合意を得た方が安全かと思います。変更しない場合はUsernameBlockとして無期限ブロックを支持します。

- 個人的には方針化するまでもないと思います。常識の範囲内かと。
- しかしバランスということで考えたほうがいいのは、実在の人物の名前等を使ったアカウントの作成による荒らし行為への対処かと思います。ウィキメディア・プロジェクト上に存在するアカウントは原則として改名、実在する人物や他サイトで有名なハンドルはそうではないというのは、ややバランスを欠く対応になるのではないでしょうか。上でも触れられている英語版ウィキペディアの方針では広く使われている他サイトでのハンドルや著名人の名前にも優先権を与え、アカウントの強制改名を認めています。
- なお、「別人」テンプレートはこの点であまりエレガントな対応ではない（名前を使われている方のご理解を必ずしも得られない）かとも危惧します。委細を語れませんが、OTRS経由で財団へいただく苦情をみての意見です。ご参考までに。--Aphaia 2008年2月26日 (火) 19:05 (UTC)

匿名利用者の投稿ブロック 編集
お世話になっております。いたずらを理由として匿名利用者 182.21.80.5 および 220.220.181.231 の無期限ブロックを行っていらっしゃいましたが、Wiktionary:投稿ブロックの方針に定められた運用では「即時ブロックの最長期限は15日間」とし、「はじめてブロック対象となるユーザに対しては24時間を越えるブロックをかけ」ないこととなっております。182.21.80.5、220.220.181.231 とも即時無期限ブロックの対象となる公開プロクシではないようですので、前者は15日経過としてブロックを解除、後者は初回のためブロック期間を24時間に変更いたしました。ご存知のことかと思いますが、特に匿名利用者の投稿ブロックを行う場合は善意の第三者が巻き添えになる可能性が高く、投稿ブロックの運用には慎重さが求められると考えます。これらの無期限ブロックが意図的なものであるのか、オペレーションミスであるのかは分かりませんが、ご注意頂ければと思います。--Ninomy - chat 2012年9月19日 (水) 16:54 (UTC)

An important message about renaming users 編集
Dear Kahusi, My aplogies for writing in English. Please translate or have this translated for you if it will help. I am cross-posting this message to many places to make sure everyone who is a Wikimedia Foundation project bureaucrat receives a copy. If you are a bureaucrat on more than one wiki, you will receive this message on each wiki where you are a bureaucrat.
As you may have seen, work to perform the Wikimedia cluster-wide single-user login finalisation (SUL finalisation) is taking place. This may potentially effect your work as a local bureaucrat, so please read this message carefully.
Why is this happening? As currently stated at the global rename policy, a global account is a name linked to a single user across all Wikimedia wikis, with local accounts unified into a global collection. Previously, the only way to rename a unified user was to individually rename every local account. This was an extremely difficult and time-consuming task, both for stewards and for the users who had to initiate discussions with local bureaucrats (who perform local renames to date) on every wiki with available bureaucrats. The process took a very long time, since it's difficult to coordinate crosswiki renames among the projects and bureaucrats involved in individual projects.
The SUL finalisation will be taking place in stages, and one of the first stages will be to turn off Special:RenameUser locally. This needs to be done as soon as possible, on advice and input from Stewards and engineers for the project, so that no more accounts that are unified globally are broken by a local rename to usurp the global account name. Once this is done, the process of global name unification can begin. The date that has been chosen to turn off local renaming and shift over to entirely global renaming is 15 September 2014, or three weeks time from now. In place of local renames is a new tool, hosted on Meta, that allows for global renames on all wikis where the name is not registered will be deployed.
Your help is greatly needed during this process and going forward in the future if, as a bureaucrat, renaming users is something that you do or have an interest in participating in. The Wikimedia Stewards have set up, and are in charge of, a new community usergroup on Meta in order to share knowledge and work together on renaming accounts globally, called Global renamers. Stewards are in the process of creating documentation to help global renamers to get used to and learn more about global accounts and tools and Meta in general as well as the application format. As transparency is a valuable thing in our movement, the Stewards would like to have at least a brief public application period. If you are an experienced renamer as a local bureaucrat, the process of becoming a part of this group could take as little as 24 hours to complete. You, as a bureaucrat, should be able to apply for the global renamer right on Meta by the requests for global permissions page on 1 September, a week from now.
In the meantime please update your local page where users request renames to reflect this move to global renaming, and if there is a rename request and the user has edited more than one wiki with the name, please send them to the request page for a global rename.
Stewards greatly appreciate the trust local communities have in you and want to make this transition as easy as possible so that the two groups can start working together to ensure everyone has a unique login identity across Wikimedia projects. Completing this project will allow for long-desired universal tools like a global watchlist, global notifications and many, many more features to make work easier.

This account has the global bot flag but needs nevertheless the local bot flag, because the Japanese Wiktionary doesn't allow global bots. Please let me know, if you need some test edits for a decision.
